Mark Filler
CEO
Mr. Filler was a founding principal of Prism Financial Corporation, where he was instrumental in acquiring and integrating 13 companies. After taking the company public in 1999, Mr. Filler negotiated the sale of Prism in 2000 to the Royal Bank of Canada for $120 million. He remained as CEO, growing the company to $15 billion of originations with $50 million of pre-tax income – producing a CAGR from 1994 to 2001 of over 85% for originations and 143% for pre-tax income. At the time of the sale to RBC, only $12 million of net external capital had been invested in the business.

Mr. Filler was EVP for American Home Mortgage Corp. (NYSE: AHM), the nation’s 10th largest mortgage originator. AHM originated $60 billion of residential mortgages in 2006. While at AHM, Mr. Filler executed the acquisition and integration of 10 mortgage companies for a total net purchase price of approximately $25 million, contributing over $15 billion in origination volume and $60 million in pre-tax earnings (after acquisition synergies). During Mr. Filler’s tenure with AHM, its market capitalization had risen from $200 million to $1.7 billion. Mr. Filler founded Prospect Mortgage late 2006.

Mr. Filler holds a JD degree from Harvard Law School, and a BA degree with Highest Distinction from University of Michigan.

Dick Loeffler
COO
Mr. Loeffler has 27 years of diversified mortgage and financial experience including executive level management support in the areas of capital markets, operations, production, information technology, mergers and acquisitions, policies and procedures, and vendor management. 

Most recently, Mr. Loeffler was the Chief Administrative Officer at American Home Mortgage where he assisted in the growth of an organization from $7.8 billion in loan volume to $60 billion in five years, leading American Home to become one of the nation’s top 10 residential mortgage bankers. 

Mr. Loeffler holds a BS in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Tracy Jackson
CFO
Mr. Jackson is a finance executive with experience in capital markets, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, loan servicing, auditing, and warehouse financing.  He has previously served as Chief Financial Officer for SouthStar Funding, Principal Residential Mortgage Corporation, and Market Street Mortgage.

During his 22 years as a Chief Financial Officer in the mortgage industry Mr. Jackson has helped to finance and grow both retail and wholesale origination companies. He has managed companies with large servicing portfolios and multiple origination channels.

Mr. Jackson holds a master’s in accounting from the University of Toledo and a BA from Malone College. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in multiple states.

Cameron King
Acting CIO
With 23 years of experience managing e-commerce technology, Mr. King spearheaded Countrywide Home Loan’s technology initiatives for 15 years, where he pioneered the technology of automated origination, processing and underwriting of residential mortgages. Mr. King became EVP of Countrywide’s Consumer Directing Lending channel where he created one of the first mortgage lending sites that grew to over $200 million per month.  He continued to leverage technology to increase sales, reduce cost and increase efficiency of home loans by creating the first on-line delivery of mortgage documents for e-LOAN and creating the Business to Realtor (B2R) model for IndyMac Bank.  As president of IndyMac’s LoanWorks B2R division, his purchase transaction technology grew business to over $1 billion annually. 

His most recent initiative was the creation of Security Pacific Home Loan’s “Streamline” process, an internet B2B application that brought mortgage lending into the Real Estate office. Mr. King and his partner sold the company to Ownit Mortgage solutions in June 2006. He has been President of the Washington DC Electronic Financial Services Council and board member of both the Microsoft and Intuit real estate industry advisory boards.

Mr. King has a degree in Electrical Engineering from USC.

Gaile Omori
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Omori has 20 years of leadership experience in enterprise people strategies, human resources operations and change management in varied industries and business models. Most recently, Ms. Omori held a number of senior level positions with Sears Holdings, where she acted as a strategic business partner, counsel, and HR generalist to executive business leadership teams. She developed and drove implementation of multiple business people strategies and enterprise initiatives and played a key role in the Kmart/Sears merger integration. In addition, Ms. Omori managed corporate, international and regional HR teams for the Supply Chain Services and Credit & Customer Care Network lines of business.

Ms. Omori’s new venture experience includes establishing the HR organization for National Airlines and supporting an employee-focused culture.  Her previous financial industry experience includes management positions at GE Capital and PNC Mortgage Company of America where she influenced processes and structures to impact business performance in acquisition, integration and second phase start-up environments. 

Ms. Omori holds an MS in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago and a BS in Business Administration from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
